The hotel's location next to the river provided a stunning and beautiful view. It was also conveniently close to downtown and easily accessible, right off the freeway. The rooms were roomy and clean, with a micro-fridge available, which was a nice advantage. The swimming pool was very convenient and added to the overall enjoyable experience.
The check-in process was disorganized and the staff seemed unhelpful and unapologetic about lost reservations.

Well, there was no reception.

The hotel is situated in a gorgeous location, with a stunning view of the river. The swimming pool was a convenient amenity and provided a refreshing way to relax. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
There were some aspects of the accommodations that fell short. The rooms were in need of an upgrade, with chipped paint and broken appliances.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is right off the 5 freeway, making it convenient for travelers. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. We loved the easy access to nearby restaurants, including the delicious Mexican restaurant Los Mariachis just across the river. Free parking was a plus, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute trip. The comfortable beds and free wifi were also great features.
Nothing we didn't like to be fair.

The hotel was a little bit "hidden" being down a hill from the road, unlike the rest of the hotels in the area that are either at the road, or just a little ways away.
The continental "Breakfast" was a joke. Coffee and Svenhard's pastries. We stayed here since it had breakfast included to save time, but it didn't save any time getting ready in the morning, but took us longer to find nothing for breakfast and then have to go somewhere else.

We liked the value, the easy in, easy out into the room. The children loved being able to get to the pool quickly and easily.

We had a fantastic overnight stay at Travelodge in Red Bluff. The location near the river was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool and courtyard area were lovely, and we enjoyed a refreshing swim after a long day of travel. Even though we didn't receive the breakfast bag, there was a Denny's next door for a delicious breakfast. Our room had a beautiful view of the river, and it was clean and comfortable. The micro-fridge in the room was a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The "front" of the hotel is not appealing at all. However, the "back" looks out over the Sacramento River. If you are on the road and need a place to sleep that is reasonably priced, this was fine. Room has refrigerator and microwave.
Not much to look at from the front.

Nice property, with central pool, river location and more private parking than other motels. Friendly service, good suggestions for dinner. Very good value for money, particularly when compared to big cities.

Clean rooms, easy check-in, quiet location near expressway, nice pool with great views, reasonably priced. Staff was very helpful and resolved an issue quickly. Good TV selection. Great stopover hotel for trips between California and Oregon. Would use again for future stopovers.

Very run down...place shows its age everywhere. Continental breakfast? A plastic wrapped danish & a terrible coffee. Yuck!

helpful receptionist
offered a continental breakfast but it was pathetic - only a very small danish and either coffee or orange juice.
